PROMOTION COORDINATOR

This is our entry-level position, which is an easy introduction into our company. During your first few weeks as a Promotion Coordinator, you will learn how to make our services known through our PAL® program. We use our PAL cards, our ePAL websites, and our auto dialer system to share information about our plans.

PERSONNEL ASSOCIATE

Our Personnel Associate position is fun and rewarding for all associates. With today’s cost of living on the rise, there is nothing more rewarding than being able to offer families a legitimate earning opportunity. This job is well suited for associates who have strong communication skills and a lively personality. Average earning income: $150-$300 per week part time.

PAL COACH

Manage your own team of Promotion Coordinators. If you are self-motivated, excel at what you do, and enjoy working with people, then this position is for you. As a PAL coach, you will teach your team about our business and how to promote our services. Average earning income: $150-$300 per week.

ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

In this position, you will refer hospitals, physicians, and dentists to individuals who call into our Provider “hotline.” In addition to referring health care providers, you will also outline to our members how they can save 40% to 60% on their health and dental services. Average earning income: $500.00 to $1,000.00 per week.

CAREER PATH ADVISOR

This job entails assisting our new associates after attending their Audio Benefits Presentation. You will receive incoming calls on our Auto-Dialer program to assist new associates with their benefit options and any questions. This job is best suited for those associates who have worked both as a Promotions Coordinator and a Human Resources Associate. These are our most knowledgeable associates who understand our company procedures and have a thorough working knowledge of our health and dental savings plans. Average earning income: $150-$600 per week.

*With each commission payment, Company will provide Agent a statement summarizing the computation of the amount paid. All such payments will be final and binding on Agent unless written objection is delivered to Company within thirty (30) days of Agent's receipt of such payment. Commissions that amount to less than $20 will accrue until the amount is greater than $20.
