How to Use This Member Benefit

Step 1: Locate a Provider

1. Click on Provider Search
2. Click on Medical Savings Card
3. Click on Physician Search

For in-network physicians, it is important that you complete ONLY the following 5 fields and leave all others blank.

Physician Specialty: All
Physician Name: LEAVE BLANK

City: LEAVE BLANK
County: LEAVE BLANK
State: Select your state
Zip Code: Enter Your Zip Code

Distance: Select Physicians within a minimum of 50 miles
Maximum results: Select 500

Step 2: Your Appointment

Before calling your provider’s office to schedule your appointment, contact 800-975-3322 to confirm your doctor’s participation. You will need to have your card available to identify yourself as a member.

Step 3: At the Provider’s office

Present your identification card.

Step 4: Payment to the Provider

As there are no claims filed and no reimbursements, you are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time service is provided.

*Some cost reductions are greater than 20 to 40 per cent and some procedures may be less but the total average savings is 20 to 40 per cent.
